We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at AEC JObs, a US based agency focused on construction. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in both talent acquisition and client management within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine the screening process accordingly.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Client Acquisition and Management:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the AEC industry.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on ongoing recruitment activities.
Tech Stack Utilization:
Leverage various recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), video interviewing platforms, and other tools, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and recommend their integration into our processes.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the AEC sector.
Share insights with the team to enhance our recruitment and client acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on virtual and remote recruitment.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and management within the AEC industry.
Excellent virtual interviewing and assessment skills.
Proficient in using various tech stacks for recruitment, including ATS, video interviewing platforms, and other relevant tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a virtual setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
