Job Description

We are currently looking for a Remote – Reports Analyst (Workforce) to undertake the following tasks:

Reporting and Data Analysis
– Creating new reports from scratch and maintain reports using Google sheets/docs/ utilization of Google Looker Studio dashboard for reporting purposes.
– Carry out tasks that needs periodic monitoring and management, such as but not limited to billable hours report, capacity report, attendance report, timesheet review, final pay review, employee directory review, etc
– Interpret, analyze, read, and make recommendations that improve a workforce process flow.
– Report Automation.

Remote team management:
– Conduct daily QA evaluation of teammembers’ activity and screenshot.
– Carry out Activity Level deep-dive analysis to identify any behavioural/procedural opportunities.
– Collaborate with the team in developing and recommending processes and improvements to drive QA and Activity level scores.
– Focus on real- time/ intraday attendance, performance exceptions and schedule adherence in collaboration with our partners.
– Execute system modifications (e.g., schedule updates) and or issue procedural notifications based on trigger event e.g attendance. Coordinate trouble tickets and escalate issues as required.
– Manage teammembers’ time off requests.
– Resolve escalated scheduling issues related to teammembers’ absence, time off, etc. with unique solutions

Ticket/Email Management:
– Assignment of tickets
– Answers any workforce related inquiries
– Send end of day ticket report

Process documentation and improvement:
– Keep track and maintain process documentation and provide improvement recommendations.
– Ensure all documentations are up-to-date and accurate.
– Cascade all reports to the stakeholders.

Ongoing Product and Process improvement:
– Perform deep-dive analysis of essential data sets needed for operations analytics.
– Recommend and keep track of any process improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
– Experienced using WFM tools and Hubstaff
– Mastery in reports creation (MS Office, GSuite, VBA, Macro, Looker Studio and App Script)
– Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS. We will create rotating shifts.
– Have a reliable internet connection (and a backup connection if in an area where electricity outages, typhoons, etc affect the connection)
– Have a strong work ethic and show up to work on time
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Well-rounded, innovative, proactive, and can-do attitude
– Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
– Ability to work with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
– Good collaboration and interpersonal skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Internet speed minimum 30mbps
i5 8th Gen or higher
Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
