Remote Research Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (Sydney hours and holidays)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Remote Research Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating research projects from inception to completion, with a high focus on responsiveness to client and team requirements, attention to detail, and understanding complex data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate research projects, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Review and analyze research data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Conduct quality assurance checks on research methodologies and data analysis
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards
• Provide guidance and support to research team members
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in research project coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, social science, statistics) required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in research project coordination, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues in complex data sets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Competitive salary: 80,000/month during probationary period, increasing to 90,000/month upon regularization
