Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced Remote Revit Modeler to join our team. As a Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate building models and documenting architectural projects. Your ability to effectively communicate visually and collaborate with the team remotely is crucial to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your expert-level Revit knowledge to create precise building models and ensure accurate documentation.
Adapt quickly to office standard details and implement them efficiently.
Work in accordance with the US Eastern Standard Time (9 am to 5 pm EST) to maintain synchronous collaboration.
Exhibit attention to detail and be capable of checking your own work, reducing the need for revisions.
Utilize Enscape for rendering purposes, enhancing the visual presentation of architectural designs.
Communicate effectively with team members, comprehending project requirements and articulating any challenges or concerns.
Possess SketchUp skills, although they are not mandatory, as they would benefit the role.
Own a desktop computer, as we cannot support work on laptops.
Ensure a reliable and fast internet connection to maintain uninterrupted remote collaboration.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; only candidates with expert-level knowledge should apply.
Ability to quickly adapt and learn office standard details.
Availability during US Eastern Standard Time office hours.
Strong self-checking abilities to minimize revisions and errors.
Familiarity with Enscape for rendering purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively understand and articulate project requirements.
SketchUp skills are advantageous but not required.
Must possess a desktop computer.
Reliable and fast internet connection.
Compensation:
The compensation for this position starts at $1000 USD per month. However, depending on your experience, fast learning abilities, and proficiency in self-checking work and creating accurate documentation, we are open to providing higher compensation. Payments will be processed bi-monthly.

Working Conditions:

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location. However, it is important to note that our office maintains a fast-paced environment with ample learning opportunities. You will be required to log your hours and report progress updates at 9 am, 12 pm, and 5 pm EST.
