Job Description

OxPay SG is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist that will ensure customer onboarding is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, perform audits, execute design control systems, develop organization policies, review, and control the company’s exposure to potential risk and fraud activities. Able to work with the Leadership Team in Singapore and other countries.

?Salary (25,000 to 30,000 PHP)

??Must have own Laptop / Desktop with Headset
??Must have a reliable internet connection
??Good command of Written and Verbal English Language
??Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce
??Preferably at least 2 years of experience in regulatory Compliance, Risk, KYC/AML, ideally in the Digital Payments or Fintech Industry.

?Familiar with business applications and other compliance finance and banking software.

?Capable of Risk Assessments

RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
?Manage and report compliance breaches and exposures.
?Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
?Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
?Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
?Keep up to date with the broader industry developments as well as those related to risk, KYC, AML and fraud
?Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
?Review all new products, systems or processes to ensure compliance.
?Develop and review company policies.
?Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
?Support various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
?Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
