Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Sales Agent to join our team.
This role involves calling lists of stores in the USA, presenting our products, and closing sales to onboard new retailers.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work USA hours.
This part-time position offers an hourly rate with the opportunity to earn commissions for each new retailer you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities:
Call lists of stores in the USA to present and sell our products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential retailers.
Close sales and onboard new retailers to become part of our network.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work USA hours (part-time, 4 hours a day or 4 x 5 hour days).
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience.
Commission for each new retailer onboarded.
Flexible working hours within the specified USA time zone.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail or wholesale sales.
Knowledge of mindfulness, emotional wellness, and children’s products.
Familiarity with the USA retail market.
