**Role and Responsibilities:**
– Engage with potential and existing customers through SMS and other text-based platforms.
– Handle a high volume of SMS leads efficiently and effectively.
– Generate invoices and assist in administrative tasks for the sales team.
– Support the Team Lead with various sales-related tasks and initiatives.
– Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
– Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
– Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
– Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices.
– Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
– Exceptional written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
– Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
– High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
– Willingness to work on a USA schedule, although the position is remote and the agent will most likely be living in the Philippines.
