Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team immediately!

As a full-time position, we require our applicants to be available to work from 8 am – 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. To ensure a smooth transition into our team, we will provide a 30-day paid probationary period, during which we will support, train, and guide you. Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to book appointments using provided leads

Follow up with leads to nurture them until appointments are set

Schedule appointments in our calendar

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to take direction in written, audio, and visual form

Sales background is a plus

Ability to work with less supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Positive and self-motivated

Immediate availability required

Philippine based only can apply

Requirements:

Laptop/desktop PC

Reliable internet connection with a speed of 10mbps or higher

Noise-cancelling controlled headset

Quiet workspace

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $3-$5, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance-based commissions

Opportunity to earn up to $2,000 USD per month or more, depending on performance
