Join Our Team as a Remote Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We’re seeking a dynamic Remote Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re looking to build valuable sales experience while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, we want to hear from you!

For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics (e.g., this role includes but is not limited to managing e-mail and similar campaigns, monthly promotions, and creating, updating, or maintaining marketing collateral).

Additional Job Description:
Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
Assist customers on the phone
Respond to questions, direct customers to services offered by the firm, and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer SERVICE
Educate customers about current services and promotions
Maintain superior knowledge of products and services
Contribute to team’s daily, monthly, and annual sales goals
Update and maintain sales reporting systems
Monitor, update and manage sales channels and platforms
You will work Wednesday and Thursday for 10 hrs. and on busy season season, you will have work 15 hrs. depending on the needs of the manager

Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills are required (PERFECT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED). You will be talking to US clients.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management
Available to work a variety of hours (may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts)
Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
Basic math proficiency
High attention to detail
Demonstrated selling skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
