Job Description

Flexspace is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our flexible workspace solutions, as well as scheduling meetings with prospects in our ICP. They will be working closely with the Account Managers to communicate the features and benefits of Flexspace’s offerings to qualified prospects worldwide.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and grow the sales pipeline.
– Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
– Educate prospects about Flexspace’s services, benefits, and value proposition to generate interest and schedule product demonstrations/ meetings for the sales team.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize the lead generation process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. (Apollo and Hubspot)
– Continuously enhance product knowledge, market trends, and industry insights to effectively communicate with potential customers.
– Contribute to team meetings, sales training sessions, and other company initiatives as requested.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role for a US company, preferably in a remote setting.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport over phone and email.
– Self-motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
– High proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and MS Powerpoint or Google Slides
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with Hubspot and/or Apollo is a plus.
