The opportunity:
We are rapidly expanding and looking for a “Tech Savvy” Sales Representative to add to our team. Our passion is helping our clients achieve success through a combination of automation and advisory services. We love technology and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for our clients. You will be a valued part of our team helping us land new bookkeeping and tax clients whose businesses are SaaS, technology companies, or digital agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects and set appointments for the fit assessment call.
Understand and effectively communicate our offer to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of activity and manage a pipeline of leads.
Utilize excellent sales techniques to connect with and engage prospects.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in provided tools.
Regularly attend sales training sessions.
Follow up on leads promptly and consistently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Report on key metrics and provide feedback to improve the sales process.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; pleasant and engaging on calls.
Ability to build rapport and connect with prospects quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a remote sales environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in a remote sales environment.
Familiarity with the industry and market of our product/services.
Previous experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
