Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of our sales efforts from prospecting to cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling, with excellent follow-up skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships. Charisma, enthusiasm, and self-motivation are crucial qualities we are looking for in the successful candidate.

The person must be a self starter and be a leader, with time we plan on adding employees to work under this person, to help supercharge sales outreach. So candidate should have strong work knowledge of the B2B sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls and prospect potential hotel clients to generate leads and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and present appropriate product solutions to meet their specific demands.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales techniques and strategies.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture potential clients through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and marketing initiatives.
Provide regular sales reports and updates on sales activities to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Use cold email and other methods for outreach as well, and be flexible to do jobs that may be out of description.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and prospecting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building relationships.
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various sales tools and software.
High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $1100 to $1200 per month, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will also be eligible for commission-based incentives tied to new sales performance, providing additional earning potential.
