Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our healthcare team as a Remote Sales Rep. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with past patients and encourage them to return to our services, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction. This position combines the skills of a customer service representative and a salesperson, with a focus on personalized communication and patient care. This position is combined salary and commission based.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Outreach: Proactively reach out to former patients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and encourage them to return.
Follow-up Communication: Conduct follow-up communication with patients who have previously shown interest in our services but have not yet committed to a return visit.
Personalized Care: Provide personalized attention and tailored recommendations based on the patient’s history and needs.
Database Management: Maintain and update patient records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from patients about their previous experiences and identify areas for improvement.
Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by patients, coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling appointments, ensuring they receive timely and convenient care

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and handle sensitive situations.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, email, google sheets, and other communication tools. Comfortable with technology and virtual communication platforms.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address patient concerns effectively.
Empathy: High level of empathy and patience, with a genuine desire to help patients and improve their experience.
