Job Description: Remote Sales Representative for Music School.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our music school team. This role is primarily responsible for contacting leads generated from paid marketing campaigns and organic sources, with the goal of scheduling virtual consultations and trial lessons for prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music education, strong sales skills, and proficiency in conducting remote sales activities via phone and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement and Enrollment:
Contact leads generated from paid marketing campaigns and organic sources.
Build genuine rapport and establish trust with prospective students and their families.
Understand their needs and aspirations related to music education.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule virtual consultations or in-person and virtual trial lessons with music teachers for prospective students and their families.
Coordinate schedules and ensure appointments are convenient and conducive to understanding their requirements.
Guidance and Information:
– Provide accurate information about our music programs, curriculum, and available teachers.
– Address questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
Enrollment Process:
– Guide prospective students and their families through the enrollment process efficiently and smoothly.
– Ensure all necessary paperwork and agreements are completed accurately.
Collaboration and Communication:
-Work collaboratively with the marketing department to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and initiatives.
– Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
– Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
– Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships.
– Follow up promptly after initial contact to offer support and assistance.
Market Awareness and Reporting:
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
– Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Customer Service Excellence:
– Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment journey.
– Ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
Qualifications
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Music, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and customer engagement.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect genuinely with clients.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM software (GO HIGH LEVEL), Google Suite and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
