Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sales Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proposal writing skills and proficiency in using Canva, along with the ability to assist our sales team with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is crucial in helping us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide information about products, services, and pricing.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
Sales Administration:

Support the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Order Management:

Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Proposal Writing:

Write compelling and well-structured proposals to present to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to tailor proposals to specific customer needs.
Ensure all proposals are clear, concise, and aligned with company standards.
Canva Skills:

Create visually appealing sales materials, presentations, and documents using Canva.
Design promotional content and graphics that enhance our sales and marketing efforts.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Sales Reporting:

Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong proposal writing skills.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
