About the role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. The Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and achieve sales targets.
– Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
– Sales Planning: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to support company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales activities against goals to ensure sales targets are met.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
– Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and make informed business decisions.
– Sales Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Qualifications:
