In our continuous growth journey, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote SKU Catalogue Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing our extensive SKU catalogue on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and optimization to directly impact Treatspree’s revenue.

Role Overview:
As a Remote SKU Catalogue Analyst, you will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance of our Amazon SKUs. This role demands a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Excel, and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Working closely with the owner, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our e-commerce business by ensuring all SKUs are active, error-free, and strategically managed.

Key Responsibilities:

SKU Maintenance:
Monitor and manage the status of over 10,000 SKUs across 10 different marketplaces, ensuring they are active and error-free.
Investigate and address any flags, deletions, or errors promptly to maintain a smooth operation.

New SKU Creation:
Collaborate with relevant teams to create new SKUs in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct market research to optimize pricing and product positioning for new SKUs.

SKU Deletion:
Identify and delete obsolete or unnecessary SKUs from the system, keeping the catalogue streamlined.
Work with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and communication regarding SKU deletions.

Excel File Management:
Maintain organized and up-to-date files on Excel for all SKUs, tracking relevant data and changes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy when handling large datasets and spreadsheets. Please write “Excel Magician” in your reply title if you are interested and replying back to this posting.

Amazon Seller Central Interaction:
Upload SKU data accurately into Amazon Seller Central, following the platform’s guidelines.
Monitor and respond to any communications or alerts from Amazon related to SKU management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in SKU management and analysis, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Proficiency in Excel with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude.
Knowledge of currency conversions, especially involving British Pound, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, and Euro.
