Remote Social Media Manager

We are a Retailer selling Major Appliances in the USA. We have a Store Front where we sell to our Local customers in our area, as well as selling Online through our website & Amazon etc shipping all over the USA.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our Company. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and connecting with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling Imagery & Video content across various social media platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement & increase followers.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with online customers in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to make sure we are on the same page.
Use data and analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Manage Email Campaigns.
Manage Reviews by increasing Positive reviews & removing negative ones on all platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent content creation and editing skills, with experience in graphic design and video editing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics software.
Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt social media strategies to local audience preferences.
A strong understanding of our company and its products/services.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in social media trends and strategies.
