Remote Social Media/Multimedia & HR Specialist

We are on the lookout for a versatile and talented Social Media/Multimedia and HR Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only skilled in HR but also has a passion and proficiency in social media content creation and digital marketing.

The Role:

As a crucial support to the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both HR and social media domains.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, responsive to emails, and can work weekends if required.

You will need strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Canva and other multimedia tools is essential.

Knowledge of funnel management and lead generation is desirable.

We value a growth mindset, trustworthiness, and a hardworking attitude.

Advanced skills in Google Workspace applications (Google Drive, Tasks, Calendar, etc.) are required.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities are key.

Deep expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and management across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, etc., is crucial.

Your Responsibilities:

Implementing and managing social media strategies, including content creation, managing paid ads on platforms like YouTube and Facebook, and SEO optimization.

Proficient in Adobe Suite for creating engaging multimedia content.

Developing and overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process.

Managing the company’s appraisal system, conducting appraisal meetings, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Training and managing staff, monitoring employee performance, and handling disciplinary processes.

Designing and implementing training programs based on assessed needs.

Administering pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.

You need excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Keen attention to detail and data quality is a must.

This role will initially be part-time with the high potential to become full-time (you must be able to work full time flexible hours). There is a long-term opportunity for the right fit.
