Job Description:
We’re looking for a Remote Solar Sales Agent to join our team. If you’re friendly, good at talking, and love making sales, we want you! Your job will be to call people, tell them about solar energy, and help them sign up for it.

Responsibilities:
– Call people to tell them about solar energy and set up appointments.
– Explain why solar energy is awesome to potential customers.
– Handle any concerns people might have and convince them to try solar.
– Make sure you meet your sales goals each month.
– Keep track of your calls and what people say.
– Be super nice to customers and help them through the sales process.
– Work with the sales team to come up with good ways to sell solar.
– Learn about new things in the solar industry to sell better.

Requirements:
– You need to be positive and hardworking.
– Always be on time and do your job well.
– Speak English well enough to understand and talk to people.
– Have at least 2 years of experience in sales or calling people.
– Don’t let rejection get you down, and be good at answering questions.
– Be determined to make sales happen, no matter what.
– Know how to talk people into things and be good at making deals.
– Be okay working alone or with a team.
– It’s a plus if you know a bit about solar energy already.
