Remote Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Support Specialist to assist our car rental business, Crazy Cars, and our charity cycling business, 25000spins, based in Brisbane, Australia. The Remote Support Specialist will work from the Philippines and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including debt collection, graphic design, customer acquisition, and customer support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
Assist in finding potential customers through advertising on Facebook.
Respond to leads via messenger, text message, and phone.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Phone and text customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
Administrative Tasks:
Call to order car parts.
Call cyclists on charity bike trips to welcome them.
Call to book hotels for bike events.
Process tolls and fines online.
Debt Collection:
Conduct debt collection activities for overdue accounts.
Phone and text customers.
Graphic Design:
Create and design graphics for marketing materials, including Facebook, Instagram, flyers, brochures, etc.

IT Skills + Other Skills:

Proven experience as a Remote Support Specialist or similar role.
Excellent communication skills on the phone and via email.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, ASANA or Click to view and Chat GPT etc.
Understanding of basic Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, SUM, OFFSET, IF, MATCH, IMPORTRANGE, etc.
Interest to learn web development basics.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and remotely from the Philippines.
Experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus.
Availability to work during Australian business hours.

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position based in the Philippines.
The candidate should have reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and a computer with a webcam and microphone.
The position may require some occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate customer inquiries and time zone differences.
