Job description

If you live and breathe marketing and creativity, we need to talk! We’re looking for a flexible and versatile supporting account manager who will be responsible for the online growth of our clients. We are a fun and exciting team who is growing quickly and looking to add new talent to our crew! We work hard and play hard here at FMO!

The account manager manages between 15-20 clients and is responsible include client communication, designing posts and scheduling their clients content. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with content creation, and social media platforms, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

You understand how to handle and anticipate client needs and how to respond and grow their online communities. You have a passion for making sh*t happen and a hunger to learn how to create meaningful interactions online that drive engagement and extend brand experiences.

You are the ultimate community builder; managing client feedback like a pro, anticipating what’s coming next, and surprising and delighting communities.

Our Supporting Account Managers play a critical role in the management of their client roster and online presence to help their clients’ businesses grow.

The PITCH

Our Supporting Account Manager is both an exceptional self-starter and team player: You have fingers on the pulse of our clients’ goals – particularly how to help them grow on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok; to go above and beyond for their marketing needs. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Manage 15-20 Client Accounts to schedule, post, hashtags, tagging, comments, direct messages, and design content
Communicate with clients daily in WhatsApp chats to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and managing and exceeding client expectations
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Experience:

Customer Service EXPERIENCE – Client facing role, needs to be able to communicate and build client relationships.
HIGHLY PREFERRED: Fluent in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and advertising preferred
2-3 years working in a marketing agency highly preferred
Digital marketing experience is a plus!
Social media design, posting, and scheduling
Base-level knowledge of real estate, mortgage loans, and the medical industry a plus
Skills

Must have proficiency in written and spoken English
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn and expand skills
Experienced with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
Experienced with Google Business
A strong sense of aesthetics and brand integrity
A love for great copy and witty communication and captions
Ability to flow and embody different “voices” for different clients
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement and the algorithms
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field or real experience that you can prove
