We are currently seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to undertake the following tasks:

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to meet dynamic business needs efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for assisting with the development of recruiting strategies and managing a team that assesses hiring needs and interviews candidates for positions.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

-Responsible for leadership, development, implementation, and administration of recruitment programs and driving the execution of an effective short-term recruiting strategy.

– Manages a team that is responsible for hiring and finding new talent. Develops unique and proactive recruitment strategies. Guides the team in working with different stakeholders to find high-quality candidates that align with the needs of the business.

– Analyzes labor market conditions, hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to suggest improvements to recruitment strategies that align with changing market conditions and meet business expectations.

– Analyzes data to identify gaps and trends. Contributes to recruiting metrics and analytics development to guide decision-making, measure team productivity, and improve program ROI.

– Assists in developing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various resources, such as the internet, community organizations, print media, networks, colleges, and trade associations. Supports the company’s diversity recruitment strategy by building relationships with these resources.

– Partners with HR and Compensation to share market trend knowledge and develop a cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.

– Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.

– Measures team performance against maintaining consistent standards for all applicants and ensures compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.

– Promotes the company’s core values to candidates, clients, and external service providers.

Candidate Profile:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience (with at least 2 years of progressive management experience) is preferred.
– Experience in Global Talent Acquisition, especially in the United States, is a MUST.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
– Advanced Microsoft Office and GSuite skills.
– Demonstrated ability to lead a team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
– Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
– Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
– Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement.
– Demonstrated ability to foster a customer service disposition and a sense of professionalism for self and the team.
– A solid understanding of the organization’s business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.
– Demonstrated talent with critical thinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Internet speed minimum 30mbps
– i5 8th Gen or higher
– Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
– Minimum of 8 GB RAM
– Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
– Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
– Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
