Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a keen eye for talent and the ability to discern potential in candidates who may not perfectly match the criteria but still possess the qualities our clients desire. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate through hundreds of profiles to identify candidates who align with specific client profiles, utilizing both data-driven criteria and your professional judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough searches to identify high-caliber candidates who may make a good candidate to recruit to change careers into the financial services for our clients.
• Manage job posting updates as we obtain new clients
• Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to uncover passive and active candidates.
• Assess candidate compatibility with client requirements, going beyond the resume to understand their potential.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and client needs for a dedicated appointment scheduler to reach out to.
• Work autonomously, managing your time effectively, and scaling your efforts as the company grows.
• Communicate proactively, seeking clarification and direction when necessary to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a bonus for experience in LOXO.
• Independent worker with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills and comfortability with remote work dynamics.
