Remote Technical Support Specialist (Web Hosting)

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our growing web hosting team. This role primarily involves the migration of WordPress websites and email accounts from previous hosts to our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DNS, NS, A, MX, TXT, and CNAME records and be familiar with tools like WHMCS, Zendesk, WHM, WordPress and cPanel.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform migrations of WordPress websites and email accounts from old hosts to our platform.
Manage and update DNS, NS, A, MX, TXT, and CNAME records as needed.
Provide first-level response to customer support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Utilize WHMCS for billing and client management, Zendesk for ticketing, WHM and cPanel for server and account management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience in web hosting technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of DNS, NS, A, MX, TXT, and CNAME records.
Familiarity with WHMCS, Zendesk, WHM, and cPanel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Reliable and up-to-date laptop and high-speed internet connection.

Compensation:
Competitive base rate + KPI performance bonus
