We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Title Processor to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Remote Title Processor will be responsible for managing the title processing activities associated with real estate transactions. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documents related to the transfer of property ownership, as well as liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify the accuracy of title documentation.
Prepare and process title insurance policies and related documents.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to gather necessary information and documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct title searches to identify and resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely and efficient processing.
Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the title process.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate, law, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in title processing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using title processing software and other relevant computer applications.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
