The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Remote Listing & Travel Expert with a solid background in the travel industry, particularly with platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experience, and ToursByLocals.
Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Handle and optimize our tour listings on platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experience, and ToursByLocals.
Deal with the tedious sign-up processes for new platforms.
List and update tours accurately to enhance visibility and bookings.
Client Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to clients, explaining tour options and differences.
Maintain near-24/7 availability for last-minute bookings and urgent queries (planned time off is acceptable).
Booking Organization:
Organize and coordinate bookings with 4-6 tour guides.
Ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Expertise:
Extensive experience in a travel-related company, specifically with the platforms mentioned (or similar).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
