Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Remote Vacation Rental Operations, Ecommerce, and Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing short-term rentals, ecommerce platforms using WooCommerce, and digital marketing efforts, including email marketing using Constant Contact. This is a remote position, and the candidate should be available during EST working hours.

Responsibilities:

Vacation Rental Management:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Lodgix.
2. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure the properties are well-maintained, clean, and meet guest expectations.
4. Assist in managing Wix for short-term rental websites.

Ecommerce Support:

1. Manage ecommerce platforms, specifically WooCommerce, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
2. Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
3. Utilize Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
4. Monitor inventory levels, update product listings, and assist with order fulfillment.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

1. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
2. Manage social media accounts to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
3. Utilize creative tools such as Canva for designing visually appealing social media posts.

Communication and Collaboration:

1. Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure timely turnover of vacation rentals.
2. Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in managing vacation rentals on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Lodgix.
2. Proficient in website management using Wix.
3. Proficient in ecommerce management using WooCommerce.
4. Proficient in email marketing using Constant Contact.
5. Social media management experience, preferably with creative tools like Canva.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Availability to work remotely during EST working hours.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
