Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working remotely. The candidate will be organized, have positive outlook and personality, self-motivated, and willingness to learn and be trained in new concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Quick and agile learner who can take concepts and apply them quickly
– This role requires verbal, written, and marketing commination in the English language for United States correspondence. So English fluency is a MUST. This includes verbal nuances, jargon, and standard slang to communicate with clients and manager.
– You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks? including answering emails? scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
– You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection. A good candidate is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps This is required? along with experience using communication tools like Skype or Zoom
– The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
– The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines similar country that allows easy transition to US workstyle and communications.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
– Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
– Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– You must be able to make and receive a lot of call from/in the United States.

DUTIES
– You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Examples will be letters using a sample format, while editing as needed.
– Act as a first point of contact for correspondence and calls. related to Real Estate business matters, customer/clients. This includes both incoming and outbound calls.
– Have some basic knowledge, understanding, and application of digital marketing skills to support our business operations.
– On occasion you may be required to study and use guidelines for making and receiving calls to provide and gather the requested and essential information until you can manage calls and correspondence without those guidelines.
– Create social media content as needed
– Compile reports as requested
– Join audio and teleconference calls, as needed, per the work agreed schedule.
