Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA)

Location: Remote

About Us:
Our Company is a leading exterior home cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our operations by managing scheduling, dispatching, email support, CRM and job management software, social media posting, and various back office tasks. You will work closely with our receptionist to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Dispatching: Efficiently manage appointments, meetings, and dispatches to ensure optimal scheduling.
Email Support: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with clients and team members.
CRM Management: Oversee the daily management of our Go High Level CRM, ensuring customer data is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Jobber Management: Utilize Jobber to manage job scheduling, invoicing, and client communication effectively.
Social Media Posting: Execute social media strategy by scheduling and posting content across various platforms according to the content calendar.
Miscellaneous Back Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team and enhance operational efficiency.
Automations and lead gen experience is not a must, but is preferred.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (preferably Go High Level) and Jobber.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with remote team members.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
