What we’re looking for:

We need a new Virtual Assistant! This is a remote (work from home) position.

Our virtual assistant will get the opportunity to try out a range of different functions within the business and give their feedback on what can be done to continuously improve. They’ll be given a set of detailed instructions and expected to execute on them. To start we will be giving tasks such as uploading finalized content to our social media channels (youtube, instagram, tiktok etc.) as well as handling all customer support emails. As our first VA this is a role that has potential of growth into many different aspects of the business based on your interests and the needs of the business long term.

This unique mix of right brain (innovation and process improvement) and left brain (attention to detail) skills makes our virtual assistant a very special person. They are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful team members who can help us grow!

Salary & growth opportunities:
*Virtual Assistant starts at $500 a Month*
– You’ll work under the CEO as you learn the different aspects of the business
– You’ll be assigned additional tasks slowly as we begin to build your confidence
– You’ll be graded on your attention to detail and how well you’re executing the tasks within the agreed upon deadlines.

The ideal candidate:

* Attention to Detail: You have an excellent attention to detail. You can make sure that all the little details or instructions are followed. You can also notice when certain tasks can be done more efficiently and are willing to help improve the process to make your job easier and the company better.
* Willing to Learn: You have a hunger to always learn new things. You love the opportunity to expand your knowledge and become an expert on specific matters.
* Problem solving: You’re willing to solve problems on your own. We’re always there to support you but we like to see that you can find the answers and only look for help when it’s something you aren’t able to solve at all.

Things to keep in mind…

– Must have strong English proficiency
– Willing to work a US time zone
– Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
