Remote Virtual Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team, primarily to handle customer calls via RingCentral. This role offers the flexibility of a part-time schedule with the potential for bonuses when converting prospect calls into clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating patience and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Prior experience in in-home care living assistance or a medical background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner using RingCentral.
-Identify customers’ needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Convert prospect calls into clients, with additional bonuses provided for successful conversions.
-Ensure a noise-free working environment to maintain a professional call experience.
-Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
-Familiarity with in-home care living assistance or a medical background is a plus.
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
-Must possess a pleasant, clear, and well-modulated voice; a voice sample will be required as part of the application process.
-High-speed, reliable internet connection is essential.
-Available for a part-time schedule with a solid commitment to the agreed-upon work hours.
-Ability to maintain a professional and quiet workspace free of background noise.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-Ability to provide references from previous employers.
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
