Job Description:
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Social Media Appointment Setter / Enrollment Specialist to drive substantial new business revenue through effective lead generation and sales closure. This role is critical in achieving ambitious revenue targets by engaging new potential clients and re-engaging leads. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, leverage sales experience to meet and exceed targets, and thrive on making a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
-Create an organized system of managing leads on the various social media platforms.
-Generate a minimum of $280,000 in new business revenue monthly.
-Secure 70 closed sets of our offers at an average price point of $4,000.
-Achieve at least 150 set calls per month through various marketing strategies.
Client Engagement:
-Respond to 200+ inbound or outbound messages daily, managing communications effectively to maximize lead conversion.
-Represent the brand in a positive way in all communications.
-Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
-Participate in daily 1pm PST huddles via Zoom and provide end-of-day reports.
-Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales strategies and techniques.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $2-$3 per hour
Commissions:
0.5% on front-end units up to 100 set closes, and 1?ove 100 set closes.
Example: Once you hit 100 set closes that entire month’s new closes yield 1% commission.
On Track Earnings Goal for 50-100 Set Closes: $1000-2500+ monthly
Qualifications:
-Proven sales experience, particularly in virtual settings or similar roles.
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Proficient in using CRM systems and communication tools.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and objection handling.

-Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
-Strong written communication skills and grammar in English
