We are seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Warehouse Manager to oversee our online e-commerce store and ensure efficient warehouse operations. As the Remote Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, engaging with customers on social media platforms, and expanding partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the Your Place Warehouse online e-commerce store, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
– Oversee and engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and creating engaging content.
– Perform outreach activities to expand partnerships and collaborations for the online store.
– Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure a seamless transfer of furniture and supplies for set-ups.
– Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in on-the-ground storage units.
– Implement and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the online store.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and warehouse management.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in e-commerce, warehouse management, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
– Experience with online store platforms and social media management.
– Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
