What We’re Looking For:
We need a add another Project Manager to our team. This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
As a Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team. You’ll have a true command over how technology and CMS work and understand each contributor’s role in the process. Your responsibilities include understanding design and development, interfacing with our team, answering client questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding project strategy. You’ll translate website and digital campaign performance to clients and articulate client goals to the team.
This role requires a mix of client relationship building (right brain) and campaign strategy/data analysis (left brain) skills. You are the lifeblood of our organization, and we’re looking for more exceptional team members to help us grow!

Responsibilities:
Deliver on-time, in-budget projects: Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe, and funds.
Create and maintain project schedules: Define activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
Manage resources: Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to allocate necessary resources.
Monitor project scope and timeline: Keep all stakeholders aligned.
Develop clear project plans: Detail internal tasks, client reviews, and approvals.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks: Work with design and technology teams.
Provide status reporting: Communicate progress to stakeholders.
Develop project plans: Outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.
Estimate, document, and manage scope changes: Ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Track and communicate progress: Measure performance for presentation to clients and leadership.
Work with AR: Ensure contracts are signed and communicate billing milestones.
Meet regularly with teams: Discuss projects and internal needs.
Structure presentations and documentation: Create collateral for proposals and other needs.
Communicate with clients: Drive contact throughout the project lifecycle, manage expectations, and grow relationships.
Manage web projects end-to-end: From initial scoping to deployment.
Drive strong internal communication: Across web, design, and strategy teams.
Organize and lead meetings: Stay aligned and on track.
Proactively identify and solve issues: Related to project execution.

Salary & Growth Opportunities:
Starting salary: $500-$700 USD month depending on experience
Close mentorship from the CEO & staffed PM for the first 60 days.

The Ideal Candidate:
Web Design & SEO: Experience with web design/development and SEO. You won’t run Google SEO campaigns or build websites, but you need to understand them to influence strategy and communicate effectively with both clients and specialists.

Client Management: Your main task is relationship building. You need to care deeply about helping small businesses succeed, manage expectations, communicate clearly, and coach clients. Handling challenging conversations and diffusing tense situations are key skills.

Marketing Strategy: Understand clients’ businesses, what they sell, and who they sell to. Guide clients towards profitable website strategies and educate them on metrics for campaign success.
Problem Solving: Follow the 1:3:1 rule (Google it). We need independent problem-solvers who can “figure it out” and bring solutions to the table.
Command Over Technology and CMS: Understand how technology and CMS work and each contributor’s role, up to the point of doing their job. This is not a role for a traffic coordinator but for a customer consultant and team facilitator.
Confidence: Work on the front lines with customers to ensure success, encourage long-term relationships, and seek new opportunities for the agency.

Initial 60-day trial to ensure mutual fit.
Monthly salary with potential increases based on performance after the trial.
Work US Eastern Standard Hours (8am-4pm).
