#### Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position with working hours from 7am to 3pm UK time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

#### Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain WordPress websites for a variety of clients.
– Implement custom themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
– Ensure websites are responsive, optimised, and adhere to best practices.
– Collaborate with our team via Basecamp for communication and task management.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and other technical challenges.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

#### Requirements:
– **Working Hours:** 7am – 3pm UK time (essential).
– **Experience:** 2-5 years in WordPress development (preferred).
– **CSS:** 2-5 years experience (essential).
– **[removed]** 2-5 years experience (essential).
– **Oxygen Builder:** 1+ years experience (preferred).
– **PHP:** 2-5 years experience (preferred).
– **Portfolio:** A portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and experience.
– **Independence:** Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
– **English Fluency:** Excellent written and spoken English.
– **Communication Tools:** Knowledge of Basecamp for communication and task assignment.

#### Assessment:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short assessment creating a single page design from Adobe XD. All candidates who complete this assessment will be paid 1200 Pesos.

#### Compensation:
– **Salary:** Fixed in Philippine Pesos to provide stable and predictable wages.
– **Payment:** Every 2 weeks via Click to view. We cover the exchange rate differences and transfer fees.
