Job Description:

– We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer and Marketing Expert to handle various aspects of our online presence. Your primary focus will be on WordPress development, SEO, blog content creation, and Google Ads management. You will also be involved in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain WordPress websites
– Optimize websites for search engines (SEO)
– Create and manage blog content
– Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns
– Implement and optimize CRO strategies
– Attend regular meetings and video calls
– Share screens and collaborate with team members in real-time

Requirements:

– Proven experience with WordPress development and management
– Strong SEO skills and experience
– Experience in blog content creation and management
– Proficiency in Google Ads
– Knowledge of CRO strategies
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Punctuality and adherence to schedules
– Willingness to attend frequent meetings and video calls
– Excellent English communication and customer service skills
– Must be extremely tech-savvy

Work Ethic and Culture:

– Our owner and CEO regularly works 70+ hours per week, so a lack of work ethic will not be tolerated. We expect this to be a long-term position, with a commitment to working together for 10+ years. Schedule and Compensation:

– Three shifts available: 7 AM to 4 PM EST, 3 PM to 12 AM EST, 11 PM to 8 AM EST, One-hour daily break.
– All employees must work Monday through Saturday, totaling 48 hours per week.
– Starting base pay: $4 per hour, $192 per week, $768 per month.
– Annual raises of approximately $1 per year, up to $25 per hour.
– Tips and commission opportunities: 5% on anything you sell, with the percentage varying between 2-7?pending on your involvement in the deal.
– Signing bonus, milestone payments, and benchmark payments for various roles within the organization.
– One-year bonus of $1,000, five-year bonus of $5,000, and ten-year bonus of $10,000.

– 2 weeks of paid sick leave if needed. (Starting after training probationary period.)

– New computer equipment every year, including chairs, standing tables, desks, software, and AI tools
