Specific Job Description:
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, MS Office/Google Workspace skills, and an upbeat attitude. The candidates should be able to help the team with administrative duties. We are also looking for someone who can take a leadership role.
To be successful in this role, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. You must be comfortable with computers, and general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. You also need to be comfortable working with a lot of MS Excel data, formatting, filtering, and working with a lot of numbers and data. You must follow protocol but should take initiative and create a new or better efficient system if needed; and since you will be interacting with many people and departments, a pleasant demeanor with proper phone and email etiquette is required.

This is a work-from-home opportunity! Our workforce consists of on-site employees in the USA and 20+ remote employees in the Philippines who have been working in this arrangement for 3 years now. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday 09:00 AM-6:00 PM EST. You will need a steadfast computer with a reliable and consistent high-speed internet connection – a minimum of 10 MBPS. You will need to ensure that you have a designated workspace that will allow you to focus and work uninterruptedly.
