Rental Arbitrage Lead Generation – Cold Caller

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Rental Arbitrage Lead Generation – Cold Caller to join our team. If you have a sales background and real estate experience, particularly in the short-term rental industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to identify and secure new rental arbitrage opportunities.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct proactive outbound cold calls to property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to identify potential rental arbitrage opportunities.
– Engage with property owners, landlords, and agents to present the benefits of rental arbitrage and our company’s services.
– Qualify leads and gather necessary information to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of rental arbitrage opportunities.
– Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
– Collaborate with the business development team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and progress.

Qualifications:
– Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or the short-term rental industry.
– Familiarity with rental arbitrage and a strong understanding of the short-term rental market.
– Excellent cold calling and communication skills, with the ability to engage potential leads effectively.
– Ability to handle objections, answer questions, and build rapport with potential clients.
– Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads.
– Flexibility to work US working hours, including evenings and weekends.
