Job Description

• US based specialist provider of Home and Business power systems such as automatic standby generators, solar, HVAC and off grid power systems requires a Service Coordinator to communicate with customers and technicians on schedule.
• Proactively contact customers in order to obtain permission to perform service or repair and identify tasks as “ready to schedule” in our management software platform.
• Schedule customers when other staff are unable to, by understanding approximate job times, travel times between job locations and by using Google maps and other software to plan and optimize technician days and routes between jobs.
• Talk to customers on the phone and understand their needs. Utilize email and text messages to communicate with customers.
• Answer phone calls that are not answered by other staff in order to support customers, take messages, and provide general support as needed.
• Additional administrative office tasks based or our online service management platform.
• Working Hours 8 am to 5 pm Mountain time, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
• Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken are required. Due to the local nature of our offering accent must be undetectable.
• Strong organizational and Microsoft 365 skills (especially Excel) required.
• Ability to learn and understand the business in depth.
• Customer service skills and ability to converse with customers and understand.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Motivated to improve systems and processes, recommend better ways of working, always improving.
• Must be able to stay busy with minimal supervision.
• Integration with local team to become a key team member.
