We are an 8 figure seller with 2 locations in the United States. Our sales channels include brick & mortar, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Instragram, Tiktok, and our own websites. Our parent company has been in business for over 50 years and we have operated eCommerce since 2016.
We are looking to hire a conscientous person for a multifaceted position. The job will include extensive manipulation of data using MS Excel. If you are not very comfortable with Excel, this is not the job for you.
Job duties include:
Inventory Reconciliation

Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Has responsibility for inquiring and collecting reimbursements from damage and defective items, lost and/or short inventory. Additionally, this position is responsible for handling customer service through the E-commerce platforms.
-Tracking all discrepancies in receiving product to our e-commerce platforms and inbound shipments.
-Process, verify and reconcile discrepancies
-Creating claims within our e-commerce platforms
-Processing paperwork for all damage and defective items
-Files claims for damage and defective items to appropriate vendors
-Maintain appropriate files and reports.
-Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary
-Creating and dispersing reports on profitability, reimbursements, shipping costs, etc.
-Identify potential issues with products that could hinder sales and E-commerce listing eligibility.
-Resolve any customer issues’ in the e-commerce platforms and via customer service phone line.
Chain of Command:
The E-Commerce Inventory Reconciliation Clerk reports directly to the Director of Operations
Hours:
Generally, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 until 5:00 EST.
Personal Qualifications:
-High School diploma or GED required.
-Excellent knowledge of Excel MANDATORY.
-Experience exporting data from sales channels like Amazon and eBay.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong basic mathematical skills.
-Ability to set priorities, multi-task and take initiative.
-High level of professionalism.
-Deadline and Detail-Oriented.
-Ability to manage day-to-day activities while handling new projects.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to work overtime when needed by management.
