A dynamic risk advisory firm specializing in mitigating risks in international trade and investments is seeking a Report Specialist to join our team. This remote, full-time position requires a dedicated individual with a strong educational background and exceptional skills in research, political science, and report writing. Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive research and gather information relevant to assigned projects.
– Compile and synthesize project findings into detailed reports ensuring all aspects are covered.
– Analyze data and provide insightful comments within the report to showcase efforts and achieved results.
– Ensure all reports are written professionally and tailored to an English-speaking audience.
– Maintain open communication and report progress regularly through various channels.
– Demonstrate proficiency in using our CRM system for report creation and submission.
– Participate in online meetings and respond promptly to emails and other forms of communication.
– Utilize Arabic reading ability to review and understand materials relevant to projects in the MENA region.
– Adhere strictly to confidentiality and privacy policies, ensuring that information is not shared without prior approval from the line manager.
– Maintain a strong understanding of international standards and laws related to data privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.
– Proven experience in research, report writing, or editorial roles, ideally within a consultancy or advisory firm.
– Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a remote team environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and completeness in reports.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.
– Fluency in Arabic reading to interpret materials and information relevant to the MENA region.
