Job Title: Report Writing Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time zone-California)
Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Report Writing Manager to join our team. The Report Writing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of comprehensive assessment reports. You will oversee a team of report writers, guide them in meeting deadlines, and ensure the efficient use of our reporting platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of report writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the production of high-quality assessment reports.
2. Platform Management: Familiarize yourself with our reporting platforms, including Q global, MHS, intakeQ, therapy notes, Q interactive, and PARi Connect. You will manage the login processes, navigation, and document storage on these platforms.
3. Rating Scale and Document Management: Oversee the process of receiving and scoring rating scales from parents, teachers, and self-reports. You will also handle the downloading of intake questionnaires and ensure they are properly uploaded to the respective platforms. Managing and documenting rating scales accurately is a critical part of this role.
4. Google Drive and File Management: Organize and manage Google Drive folders for our psychologists and professionals. You will be responsible for uploading completed rating scales and documents to the shared Google Drive folder.
5. Task Management: Utilize platforms to manage report-writing tasks. Assign tasks to report writers and track their progress, ensuring that deadlines are met.
6. Best Practices and Time Management: Implement effective report-writing management strategies and provide guidance on prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
7. Training: Conduct training sessions with support from Psychologists to help report writers understand their roles, responsibilities, and the tools and platforms used for report writing.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in report writing or project management.
• Strong familiarity with psychological assessment tools and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
