In this role you will work with the CFO to make sense of all the data we have on our leads and customers. A main focus of the position is to answer questions around lifetime value of a lead and lifetime value of a customer.
Your skill set will include:
• Ability to take business requirements and come up with ways to apply data analytics and design optimum reports to communicate information
• Work directly with MySQL databases; it is a requirement that you are comfortable designing and running SQL queries
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, which will often be the final reporting environment
• At least 2 years experience working in the data management, data analytics and/or business intelligence field
• Highly proficient in English
• Experience with other Business Intelligence software would be a significant bonus – including data presentation / analytics and data visualization software
There are lots of opportunities to use your skill in handling large amounts of data, and while the main focus of the role will be to help the marketing team make sense of all the information collected, there will be opportunities to apply your expertise to other parts of the business.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work independently and interact well with people in a team.
This is a work at home position, and as such a high degree of personal responsibility and demonstrated success in working at home is required.
The Alternative Daily is a company based in southern Florida in the US. This is for a full-time, contract position, with work hours needing to be flexible to accommodate a significant overlap with staff in the US. This would need to include at least 4 hours in the 8 AM – 5 PM range (US East Coast Time).
