We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Reporting and Data Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting and Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust reporting processes, identifying trends, and communicating findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain effective reporting processes, dashboards, and data visualization tools to deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights for business units and senior management.
• Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.

Business Intelligence:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data accessibility.

Data Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and business teams in a clear and concise manner using charts and dashboards to tell the story

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, Gsheets, Excel, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence platforms, such as Tableau, Agency analytics, or Power BI
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, self directed and self motivated.
• Open to shifting – Initially required to work night shift to align with US colleagues but after 2 Week Trial you will have flexible schedule
