Your Mission:??

SocialScale is hiring a Senior Reporting and Data analyst to join our team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.?

What you’ll do:?

Collating, evaluating and analyzing key business metrics such as sales, marketing financial data to present insights senior business stakeholders

Supporting the organization around the master data management and fundamental organisation data taxonomy

Working within Salesforce to manage the global reporting, data hygiene and dashboard requirements of the sales, marketing and finance teams

Developing a set of key dashboards and reports using PowerBI to pull key insights from Salesforce, Xero, Marketo, Microsoft Azure and other key business platforms

Leveraging and analyzing key market trends and insights within the Employee Experience and Intranet industry to propose tactical advice to leadership

Remote role that requires flexibility with your work schedule to assist our global team members from Americas, EMEA and APAC regions

Basic Requirements:?

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.?

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics and/or research?

2+ years experience in Data preparation, development of business data taxonomy and setup of data repositories

2+ years experience in managing and developing Power BI dashboard analytics to sync data points from across the business

2+ years experience working within the Salesforce platform

2+ years experience with the Microsoft platform suite; Azure Data Lake etc.

Preferable to have detailed experience with at least one of the following:

Power Automate
Marketo
Google Analytics
Xero
Tableau
