I run a growing marketing agency that works with online businesses which for you, means that you need to be computer savvy.

My website is Click to view and I help online entrepreneurs increase their influence, impact and income by leveraging the power of Facebook ads.

You will be working with numbers and data. If you’re lazy or you hate spreadsheets, please don’t apply.

You must be fluent in speaking English to effectively communicate with the rest of the team.

You need to be able to learn things quickly (I will provide training videos for anything you don’t know), be an excellent, efficient single-tasker, be able to “think outside the box”, a quick decision maker and approach the role with a get stuff done attitude.

Looking for hustle and positive attitude.

You’ll work directly with me and on occasion, the other ad managers on my team.

Here is what your responsibilities will actually include (but not limited to):

– Every Friday, put together a report for all our active clients summarizing their results over the last 7 days

– Go inside of Facebook Ads manager and retrieve data

– Go inside of Google Ads manager and retrieve data

– Go inside if client CRM systems and retrieve data

– Summarize data into a pre-built Google Spreadsheet

You don’t need to know all of these tools/platforms, but be a quick and eager learner. Oh, and you need to like numbers.

Please, only apply if you are super detail oriented and you are beyond organized. You must have prior work experience in virtual assistant space.

This is a part-time position (1-3 hours per week) on Fridays.
