We’re a small Canadian software company specializing in developing customized accounting and business reporting solutions for Sage 50 users.

We are looking for a freelancing Reporting coordinator to join our team.

The role of the Reporting coordinator is central, serving as the vital link between our customers and the report creation team. Beyond supporting our clients from initial contact to final report delivery, the Reporting coordinator oversees ready-to-use report quality assurance.
A thorough understanding of financial and management reports is essential, both in the standard format and customization possibilities.

Rate:
250-500 PHP/hour – based on expertise and experience

Flexible schedule
Monday to Friday, between 8h-20h Eastern Time zone
6-8 hours/day

As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships
Identify client needs and requirements
Prepare quotes
Validate customized and ready-to-use reports
Support the report creation team
Required skills and qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in accounting, bookkeeping, and business management
Fluent in English, both verbal and written forms (C2 level)
Strong customer service orientation
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas and functions, PivotTable and PivotCharts, etc.)
Experience with accounting/management software and application
Detail-oriented
Professional demeanor

Desirable skills:
Proficient in French – some of our clients are not fluent in English
Experienced with Sage 50 – our software extracts Sage 50 data (US and Canadian Edition)
