Job Description

The REPORTING & INVENTORY ANALYST role is to ensure that the business is receiving data to make key decisions, through excellent presentation skills.
You will be main point of contact of all reporting requirements for the Department
You will be responsible for Daily & Weekly Inventory reporting [SOH] as well as Inventory reconciliation across all warehouse at month end
You will be supporting the month end process, of Freight reconciliation, invoicing and reducing recharges at Monthend,

You will be making Cost/Expense Analysis, Supporting with Forecasting
You will be making weekly Trade Reports, highlighting challenges and Obsolete stock
You will be preparing data and following through with corrections if necessary.

You will work with the Supply Chain coordinator to ensure accurate data in a timely manner

What you’ll do

• Support with Weekly Shipping Reconciliation
• Prepare Daily Global Inventory Report for all Brands under Genflow
• Analyse, Report and Resolve D2C Unfulfilled Report
• Share Consumables report Monthly
• Monitor and Share Expiration dated Products update
• Prepare and Share Month end Inventory Records across all Locations
• Make Reconciliation of Inventory every Month
• Support with Month end Freight Reconciliation
• Support with Month end Inventory Data to Finance team
• Support with Month end invoicing process
• Make Month End Reconciliation between Invoices & Consumer payments
• Month end Analysis of Cost and Performance for period
• Prepare & Update Complex Shipping Cost in line with 3PL price increase
• Tak ownership of Rollout of new ideas and projects

Who is the perfect candidate?

You will be highly organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot errors
You would of had some exposure into Warehouse Fulfilment services and processes
You will have some knowledge of 3PL
You will love data, be able to advise and present to higher management well
You can use tools available and build reporting

You will be comfortable with Excel and IT systems, and will be able to create or translate information well into reports
