Key Duties:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, primarily Seller Central and Amazon Campaign Manager, to spot trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
– Create and maintain comprehensive performance reports, focusing on crucial metrics like sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, PPC metrics, and more.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide regular performance updates.
– Fulfill ad hoc data analysis requests from sales and marketing leadership.
– Develop reporting automations and visual dashboards in collaboration with our in-house developer and our direct connection to Amazon API.
– Communicate directly with the Account Manager, VP of Operations, and Chief Marketing Officer to share recommendations and analysis outcomes.
– Maintain databases, KPIs, and reporting metrics for internal and client communications.

Performance Enhancement:
– Keep an eye on competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the constantly evolving e-commerce landscape.
– Monitor conversion and click-through metrics and offer improvement suggestions.

Data Integrity and Quality Control:
– Ensure data accuracy and integrity through routine audits, discrepancy identification, and corrective actions.
– Develop and uphold data governance practices to maintain data quality standards across platforms.

Requirements:
– 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central reports
– Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central reporting, and data analysis.
– Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Excel formulas, Google Suite, and data visualization platforms and data presentation.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Campaign Manager.
– Previous experience leveraging data analysis for e-commerce performance enhancements is a plus.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
